DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for customer service, associate development and product knowledge. This position is critical in the developing of the skill sets of the alterations associates.

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred but not required. Job related experience is required, people skills a must, previous associates management a must. Technical skills a must and the ability to train associates with this skill set is a must.
