JOB SUMMARY
The Replenishment Coordinator is a full time, entry-level position supporting the buying office(s) and reporting to the Replenishment Operations Manager. This position provides first-hand insight into the buying office and offers potential career progression into other areas of the buying office.
Replenishment refers to analyzing and reviewing basic stock items and making adjustments to those orders based on trends, open-to-buy (OTB), seasonal color changes, out of stock items, etc.
JOB DUTIES
Responsibilities include:
- Adding new skus to Replenishment Manager system
- Removing discontinued skus
- Updating changes to minimum presentations, pack size, sku linking, formula changes, and weeks of supply
- Assist with special orders and booster orders for stores and special requests from stores
- Stay informed of all out of stock items, discontinued lists, and updated style sheets from vendors
- Works extensively in Excel to reorder basic merchandise
- Inputs detailed item attribute information/enrichment into PIM system to create and track items
- Communicates with buying office on discrepancies
- Complies with data governance policies
- Retrieves UPC codes from Intertrade
- Communicates with buying office and EDI team on UPC issues
- Maintains item updates and adjustments through full life-cycle
- Establishes and maintains excellent working relationships with buying offices and suppliers
- Works with online team to ensure all merchandise is loaded to web in a timely manner
- Fulfills buying office reporting requirements
- Supports events (special and in-store)
- Performs administrative tasks for the buying office as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Previous experience in retail, service, or other fast paced environments
- Must be analytical, articulate, and organized
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must work confidently in teams
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office properties
- Quick study on new computer systems and quickly understands and incorporates new system functionality
- Strong follow up and follow through to make sure all tasks are taken to full completion
