DESCRIPTION
The Executive Development Program is a comprehensive 12 week training program that prepares an individual for a merchandising/management career. The training program is a combination of classroom curriculum and on-the-job rotations in various divisions of Neiman Marcus. Upon successful completion of the training program, the trainee's first position will be Assistant Buyer or Assistant Merchandise Planner at Neiman Marcus Stores or Neiman Marcus Direct in Dallas, TX.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and although retail experience is not a must, it is a plus.
  • The candidate should also have strong analytical skills, good communication skills and strong leadership traits.
