Graphic Designer-Print
Job Duties

Work with the creative team partners to develop creative strategies and compelling campaigns that engage the customer
- Based on seasonal creative strategies, assigned projects may include: layout designs for ads, invitations, mailers, in-store digital signage and additional special projects
- Work collaboratively with Art Directors, Copy Editors, Account Managers, Print Managers, Social Media Manager and Events Managers on assigned projects
- Manage and implement art changes with Account Manager, Editor and Production Designer
- Work closely with Account Manager to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Prepare creative and marketing teams' comps, boards and additional materials for presentations
- Coordinate images for each project and assist with photo research as needed
- Troubleshoot InDesign and image file issues as needed
- Organize and maintain digital files per department-wide archival system
- 3+ years prior graphic design experience
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud 2014 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong typographical skills
- Knowledge of HTML and motion graphics (After Effects) a plus
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Solid knowledge of print production processes and needs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills with ability to work in a fast paced environment
