Visual Presentation Lead - NorthPark Center

Your Role
As the Visual Lead you will lead a store team of Visual Stylists in the creation of the look and feel of store environments through visual merchandising. You will promote extraordinary customer experiences and bring the Neiman Marcus Brand and fashions to life through magical and powerful storytelling within windows and in-store activations. You will report to the Metro Visual Manager.
What You'll Do
- Lead team of Visual Stylists
- Increase usage of NMG Brand standards, Visual principles, and brand partner standards into overall visual /creative strategies and execution
- Own overall store experience and store environments including all merchandising and visual displays
- Participate in all visual communication with Corporate, RVM, Metro / Flagship Visual Manager, and Store Leaders
- Discuss, participates, and reviews best practices, follow all corporate directives
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, luxury retail fashion experience
- Experience with visual merchandising, the art of window displays, and product placement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a natural passion for fashion and trends
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
- This role may require carrying up to 35 pounds
