This position will be responsible for routine and ad hoc analysis surrounding various HR metrics and will assist in the development and maintenance of compensation data and plans.

Job Duties - Develop and produce regular (monthly, quarterly, seasonal and annual) HR reporting.  Reporting will include analysis on items such as employee turnover, sales associate productivity, headcount, incentive calculations, etc.
- Partner with Legal and Associate Relations departments to fulfill HR related data requests.
- Participate in salary surveys.  Analyze salary surveys to advise internal customers on compensation issues.
- Track and comply with federal, state and municipal minimum wage laws.
- Maintain company organizational charts.
- Create and maintain data file archive.
- Fulfill ad hoc data requests and analysis for customers throughout the organization.

Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree 
- 2 years of experience in financial or human resources department
- Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Access is a plus
- Experience working with Oracle is a plus
- Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
- Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality when working with sensitive data
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal customers at all levels
