Corporate Recruiter (Contract)
We are seeking a contractor who will partner with our Talent Acquisitions corporate hiring team on a wide variety of open roles.
This role will be apart of meetings with hiring managers to identify the key requirements of the role, as well as the individualized needs of the departments and hiring managers. Through internal and external sourcing functions, you will proactively source candidates and will supervise the interview process.
Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying hiring opportunities within a variety of Neiman Marcus corporate departments by creating and maintaining consistent professional connections with hiring managers
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of roles and functions to identify candidates who are the strongest potential fit
- Source potential and passive candidates through social media, internet sourcing, direct outreach, and relationship building
- Design and execute dynamic and progressive sourcing strategies that are adaptive to the company’s needs
- Develop and maintain pipelines of potential talent
- Work within predefined recruitment processes and work to assist in streamlining said process for areas of potential efficiency upgrades
- Identify and implement new sourcing methods to generate new candidates and potential candidate leads
- Maintain an intimate knowledge of the retail and recruitment industries to stay on top of upcoming best practices
- Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual production goals as set by management team
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (and other program tools)
- Use detailed screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool
- Be accountable for keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately updated at all times
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter license to identify, engage and source quality candidates for open and future roles
- Develop a network of referrals
Required Professional and Technical Expertise

- Bachelor’s degree in translatable field highly preferred
- At least 3-4 years of experience in an agency or corporate recruiting environment
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and extensive experience working within the platform
- Experience working on a variety of corporate-level roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships with a wide variety of colleagues and managers
- Attention to detail and operational adherence to processes and corporate policies
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; be able to maintain a sense of detail and organization while handling multiple projects and deadlines
