The Director of Photo Operations manages a team of 35+, servicing all brands of the company across several areas of responsibility:
Photo shoot sample and shoot coordination
Copy production
Overseas / offsite photography |

This person works in many systems to oversee and manage time-to-web trends and reporting, projects supporting web growth and is a frequent participant in web strategic initiatives.
This person acts as the main liaison to the Looklet photograpnhy solution team in Stockholm Sweden. This person oversees the financial spend for the studio operations.
This person also works closely with Director of Photo Still photography/studios, NMD/NMO Creative Director, Merchandising offices, Warehouse/Distribution centers Director of photo styling, IT applications team and NMO Site teams on many day-to-day functional activities.
Skills Summary
Minimum 3-5 years management experience
Strong operational background, preferably in a retail or creative/ photography industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong systems understanding
Nimble with ability to multi-task |
