The Product Manager is accountable for driving product strategy, development and implementation throughout the product development lifecycle, including defining product and customer requirements, the product vision, and working closely with information systems, marketing and other business areas to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The candidate must have strong leadership capabilities to manage multiple teams while delivering on deadlines and maintaining high quality standards

  • Develop product roadmap for defined product to drive results in sales, ROI and the customer experience
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to implementation
  • Continually optimize the product and roadmap, manage prioritization and trade-offs on customer requirements, market landscape, industry trends and investment plan
  • Collaborate with business counterparts and marketing for go to market plans
  • Demonstrate leadership and work collaboratively with information systems and business leadership, internal and key external partners to define and deliver product vision
  • Execute product roadmap and accountable for results
  • Continuously identify product gaps, process improvements, and solutions for aligned products
  • Stay current with leading practices and lead product innovation

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years product management experience in eCommerce
  • Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate to senior executives
  • Strong project management skills
  • Collaborative individual with the ability to get results with a cross-functional team
  • Strong decision making skills, utilizing data to inform decisions and identify financial impact
  • Ability to drive requirements, gather from others, and conceptually transfer requirements into solutions that drive revenue growth
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
