DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Returns Processors are responsible for completing the following tasks:
- Unpacking and inspecting returned merchandise.
- Receiving merchandise on RF and other computer systems.
- Processing and distributing merchandise.
- Reviewing merchandise to determine disposition.
- Other tasks as required to meet team goals.
Key Performance Elements:
The Associate must demonstrate the willingness and ability to:
- Perform basic math, and interpret both written and verbal instructions correctly.
- Actively support team concepts and effectively communicate with team members.
- Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
- Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment.
- Meet scheduled work hours for department and shift.
- Remain flexible to work overtime, as scheduled.
- Maintain high level of safety awareness; provide safety feedback constructively.
- Meet NMD physical requirements of standing, bending and lifting, etc.
- Give attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of computer programs.
- Successful candidates must pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Lifting Objects weighing up to 25lbs from the floor to over-head level.
