ENTER SUMMARY OF POSITION
  • Lead the Beauty Sales effort by assisting the NM Customer, primarily on the assigned vendor line, as well as with their needs throughout the Beauty Department and Store
  • Support other Associates with product line knowledge and closing sales when appropriate
  • Develop customer relationships by consistently delivering high levels of customer service as the brand expert and department store representative
  • Utilize technology tools and clientele resources to establish, develop, and maintain client relationships
  • Assist with the management of stock and communicate any opportunities with selling trends and out of stock/overstocked merchandise
  • Continuously communicate with the Sales Manager and Buying Office any and all customer feedback relating to the vendor’s products
  • Maintain visual standards of the vendor and the store.
  • Liaison between Selling Manager and Brand Representative
  • Schedule and manage events and promotions for product line

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in developing a clientele base and possess strong sales, customer service, merchandising and organizational skills. He or she must also have the ability to challenge themselves to meet the goals of a commission-based environment.  Must have artistry and consultation experience.
