Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Preferred experience in remote work environments, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and taking initiative.

Note: This role requires a self-driven individual comfortable with independent work in a remote setting, capable of making decisions, independent problem-solving, and effective task management without constant supervision.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical subject such as in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of experience in as a Data/BI Analyst or Data Scientist.
  • 3+ years of expertise in intermediate to advanced SQL, including joining multiple tables, writing subqueries, and using functions such as CASE, WINDOW, JOIN, GROUP BY, HAVING, and CTE.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing Tableau dashboards.
  • Python experience to complement data analysis tasks, and to automate processes that facilitate data manipulation and visualization workflows.

Role Summary
Analyst role is focused on and accountable for analyzing business requirements and map them to application requirements, defining, documenting and managing
processes and policies (Organizational, Industry and regulatory). Analyst role focuses on : Business of IT, Compliance and Business/Application Analysis and
activities slightly vary based on the area

Responsibilities include:
  • Accountable for identifying and analyzing business/stakeholder needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for large projects/programs/initiatives
  • Accountable for researching requirements, developing detailed specifications, and validating with the stakeholders for large projects/programs/initiatives
  • Communicating business / stakeholder needs to the implementation/servicing teams by translating them into implementable requirements
  • Oversees and create documentation of policies, standards, and procedures is created and managed to support the requirements.
  • Research & evaluation of the vendors, tools or services addressing the business/stakeholder needs.
  • Provides oversight for delivery of the requirements/services
  • Analyzes financial /business /compliance data ; prepares and distributes reporting

  • Designs and performs periodic access reviews, vendor compliance assessment and audits to identify areas of improvement/deficiencies and work with teams to address these to ensure user satisfaction, compliance and delivery
  • Leads and facilitate risk and compliance assessments and reviews the compliance assessment results
  • Manages outsourcing vendors according to organization's standards and policies and analyzes performance metrics to ensure contractual obligations are met, resolves vendor problems related to quality, performance, and service level
  • Performs complex data modeling, preparing reports, build configuration and end to end functional workflows to meet business needs
  • Coordinate with developers to build and implement technology solutions and drives system conversions, upgrades, enhancements
