Beauty Ambassador - Lancer
- Lead the Beauty Sales effort by assisting the NM Customer, primarily on the assigned vendor line, as well as with their needs throughout the Beauty Department and Store
- Assigned vendor sales must be a minimum of 70% of total sales
- Support other Associates with product knowledge and closing sales when appropriate
- Develop customer relationships by consistently delivering high levels of customer service as the beauty expert and store representative
- Utilize technology tools and clientele resources to establish, develop, and maintain client relationships
- Assist with the management of stock and communicate any opportunities with selling trends and out of stock/overstocked merchandise
- Continuously communicate with the Sales Manager and Buying Office any and all customer feedback relating to the vendor’s products
- Maintain visual standards of the vendor and the store. Work with the store’s visual team as needed to ensure area is properly merchandised.
- Maximize Relationships to ensure successful planning and execution of events
The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in developing a clientele base and possess strong sales, customer service, merchandising and organizational skills. He or she must also have the ability to challenge themselves to meet the goals of a commission-based environment. Must have artistry and consultation experience.
