The Personal Shopping Assistant provides administrative and sales support to the Personal Shopper. Responsibilities include:
- Process all point of sale (POS) transactions
- Locate merchandise throughout the store
- Follow up on alterations, sends, returns and any pending issues
- Respond to clients' emails
- Additional duties as assigned

Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in an often fast paced environment
- Previous sales experience in a comparable environment is helpful
- Must be able to work a full time schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
