DESCRIPTION
Person will be responsible
for weekly preventive maintenance on all building equipment, daily logging and
safety inspections on vertical transportation and boilers, responsible for
ordering maint. supplies, and assist Regional Manager in managing the maintenance
expense accounts. Person will maintain
the building and be responsible for the energy management system and scheduling
lights and a/c through the Tracer Summit software. Person will be responsible for maintaining
the POS and telephone system in facility and communication with the help
desk.

- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and high mechanical aptitude is essential. Possess functional and technical skills, ability to read blueprints and schematics. Background or experience in conveyor and forklift operation and repair. Individual needs to be a self starter with excellent troubleshooting abilities. 2+ years experience along with technical training.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability required.
Must be able to respond to after-hours and emergency calls, overtime is required from time to time. Must have a background in building maintenance, electrical, HVAC, telecommunications and excellent communications skills. This person will report directly to the WC Regional Service Manager but will also take direction from the store Operations Manager. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work.
