The primary focus of this position is to coordinate and handle all aspects of Work From Home administration including meeting all training classes to distribute information and explain the Work From Home program, coordinate installations, publish statistical reports and report ongoing activities. The position also helps with troubleshooting known issues with virtual desktops and provides analysis for resolution.
- Distribute program paperwork/emails.
- Collect and coordinate submitted interest paperwork/emails from associates.
- Review and approve submissions by associates. Decline and provide feedback for those who do not qualify.
- Review and report weekly issue logs, statistics and system issues.
- Point of contact for all work from home associates.
- Request key fob activation, Work From Home access.
- Request installation of additional programs.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Excellent dependability and reliability.

MISCELLANEOUS:
- Ability to work additional hours as business needs require, including evenings, weekends or holidays if necessary.
