DESCRIPTION
A Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for preventing fraud orders from being shipped by researching customer file and contacting the card holder and bank. This position assists our Loss Prevention Department with their investigating and researching also - to prevent fraudulent orders from being shipped. A loss prevention associate is also responsible for monitoring electronic notemails (which are inquiries within the company) that are generated for the department for aging. This position also serves as back-up for other responsibilities within the department.
