Responsibilities
· Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours.
· Pull deliverables, package and deliver to shipping department.
· Prioritizing and dividing up all work amongst packers.
· Being the points of contact for all issues packers are facing (damaged product, wrong items, missing items)
· Attend meetings with Support and Selling Managers to build cross functional partnerships.
· Partner with OMNI Fulfillment Manager to facilitate identifying merchandise location for pending online orders.
