Works with Personal Shoppers to provide superior client services

Ensures all client issues are handled in timely and professional manner

Committed to assisting and building relationships with both internal and external customers

Energetic, dependable, extremely organized, motivated, results driven multi-tasker with written and exceptional verbal communication abilities

Solid operational skills including but not limited to a strong computer background, and adept with technology/social media and its applications

Able to communicate and negotiate with stores, merchants and vendors

Oversees stockroom standards to ensure all compliance is maintained

Works with Personal Shoppers and Sales Manager to meet all goals and standards

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, based on business needs, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays

Performs additional tasks as required

Reports to Sales Manager
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience, preferably in retail or service environment is required. Retail and/or sales experience preferred. Executive or Personal Assistant experience desirable. Must have strong customer focus, presentation skills, managing and measuring work, planning, negotiating, written and verbal communication, functional/technical skills and process management.
