ENTER SUMMARY OF POSITION

Lead the Beauty Sales effort by assisting the NM Customer, primarily on the assigned vendor line, as well as with their needs throughout the Beauty Department and Store
Support other Associates with product line knowledge and closing sales when appropriate
Develop customer relationships by consistently delivering high levels of customer service as the brand expert and department store representative
Utilize technology tools and clientele resources to establish, develop, and maintain client relationships
Assist with the management of stock and communicate any opportunities with selling trends and out of stock/overstocked merchandise
Continuously communicate with the Sales Manager and Buying Office any and all customer feedback relating to the vendor’s products
Maintain visual standards of the vendor and the store.
Liaison between Selling Manager and Brand Representative
Schedule and manage events and promotions for product line

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in developing a clientele base and possess strong sales, customer service, merchandising and organizational skills. He or she must also have the ability to challenge themselves to meet the goals of a commission-based environment. Must have artistry and consultation experience.
