Oversees all operational responsibilities for the store:  Expense / inventory control, formulation of annual payroll and non payroll budgets, sales support including oversight of Sales Support team, Merchandise Handling, and Sends functions.  Oversees Alterations, building maintenance, housekeeping, and restaurant operations.

Oversees Loss Prevention responsibilities for the store:

Leads the stores Loss Prevention effort with full support of the store management team and corporate staff.  Training, development and motivation of the Loss Prevention staff.  Dishonest employee investigations, credit fraud investigations, employee policy violation investigations and shoplifting apprehensions.  Loss Prevention training and awareness for store team. Profit protection, shortage reduction and risk management/safety programs. Loss Prevention audit compliance, enforcement of merchandise protection standards and enforcement of all company procedures.

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and minimum five year of support management is required. Individual must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel/ Word) as well as analytical skills. Strong communications and delegation skills are essential.
