DESCRIPTION
The Visual Trimmer is responsible for visually presenting the look and current trends through merchandising, windows, and in-store displays.
QUALIFICATIONS
·Have strong fashion and styling abilities and stay abreast of current fashion trends in order to style mannequins that live up the Bergdorf standard.
·Have strong merchandising skills and is able to direct product placement and floor moves.
·Partner with and execute seasonal installations designed by Visual Management.
·Work with outside coordinators who merchandise designer boutiques on a weekly basis striking a balance between BG standards and individual brand initiatives.
·Work with and oversee designer visual collaborations and instillations.
·Partner with buying team and support staff to plan and execute moves based on new deliveries, floor events and business needs.
·Partner with stock support on a daily basis when putting out new merchandise, resetting the floor and maintaining the floor standards.
·Partner with PR team and store management on all events on designated floors to ensure that visual needs are met and exceeded before, during and after each event.
·Must have the ability to work collaboratively and productively with people of different personalities and on multiple projects simultaneously.
·Basic visual production skills required.
·Conduct daily morning walk trough’s to ensure that all visuals are up to standard each day.
