Manage the coordination and confirmation process for Trunk Shows, Focus Days, Clinics and Corporate Public Relations’ events in all Neiman Marcus store locations
Communicate changes on Show Office calendar for merchants and store teams on a weekly basis
Publish monthly calendars of store specific trunk shows and events
Work with merchants and store personnel to ensure optimal event position and timing
Participate in calendar planning meetings, and weekly $10K meetings
Participate in merchant event strategy meetings
Collect and process request recaps from stores for financial reimbursements for all $10K Events
Work with merchants and vendors to submit invoice to collect vendor co-op monies
Attend local product knowledge morning meetings
Manage the monthly collection of store events for publication, partnering with Neiman Marcus Online PR, Marketing, and Editorial.
Facilitate the Accept Decline process: Collect buyer request and Store responses
Manage and edit individual store online event pages to ensure information is accurate and updated
Distribute and facilitate per diem payments twice a month to approved vendor reps that travel to Neiman Marcus stores for trunk shows
Build and execute electronic presentations for Show Office (conclave, webinars, power points, proposal decks, etc.)
Participate in planning and execution of Corporate PR conclave semiannually
Attend applicable Merchant conclaves
Job Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of the Neiman Marcus organization and vendor partners
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities, extremely detail-oriented
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power point, advanced editing and writing skills
