Job Overview:

Starting with our best eCommerce customers, we are rolling out a new service delivered by brand and stylist  experts to showcase the most coveted fashion in a meaningful and personal way. Through the brand expert, invited clients will receive: wardrobe consultations, head-to-toe styling, behind the rope access to merchandise, and on-demand personal shopping for any/all of their fashion needs, delivered more quickly and conveniently. Our goal is to make the customer feel like a true VIP at every step of her shopping journey.

 

This position will be based in Dallas and will be working from home building long term relationships with clients through excellent customer service while becoming their trusted style confidante. 

Who we are looking for:

  • Creative, energetic, and socially savvy stylists with an eye for incredible style
  • Strong communication skills, someone who can speak about fashion and beauty trends with authority
  • Flexible, detail oriented and able to multi-task with little or no direction

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Builds lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and invite for upcoming events
  • Professional and enthusiastic team player, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
  • Creates multiple options based on customer’s preferred vendors, needs, style, and personality
  • Provides personalized recommendations and one-on-one consultations with clients
  • Delivers customer weekly and monthly style advice and be available for personal shopping requests
  • Offers to place the customers’ orders based on their recommendations
  • Independently resolves internal and external customer questions and concerns
  • Consistently seeks new fashion and product knowledge
  • Styling, fashion and/or fashion retail experience is required
  • Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Any additional duties and responsibilities including projects, tasks, and activities as required
  • High School Diploma / equivalency required.

 

Technical Requirements

  • High-speed broadband Internet connectivity of no less than 10 Mbps down / 3.0 Mbps up
