Data entry of returned merchandise receipt

Review merchandise to determine proper disposition

Effective and timely communication with facility personnel regarding escalated issues

In-depth research of outstanding return items

Ensure work flow is in accordance with FIFO strategy

Assist in the training of new associates on proper returns procedures
- Assisting and supporting management personnel on special projects

Other tasks as designated by management
Essential Job Functions

Lifting Objects weighing up to 25lbs from the floor to over-head level

Lift objects weighing up to 45lbs from the floor to waist
-
Continuous/frequent walking or standing for long periods of time

Continuous/frequent pushing or pulling heavy carts up to 50lbs.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

High School Diploma or equivalent
- Advanced data entry ability (10-key by touch preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse / distribution center environment preferred
