JOB DUTIES:             Engineer II, Promotions Management for Neiman Marcus Group LLC at its facilities in Dallas, TX. Ability to interact with a distributed matrixed team environment. Partner with Marketing Solutions architect, Enterprise Architect, technology and business stakeholders and project teams to deliver Promotion functional capabilities. Utilize AWS serverless Architecture framework to develop integrations. Utilize AWS Lambda framework to develop RESTful API based integration. Leverage node.js programming language in AWS Cloud to develop lambdas to support AWS serverless Architecture. Leverage AWS Dev Ops tools to support Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and Delivery. This position is open to remote work from approved locations in the United States.

REQUIREMENTS:    Bachelor’ Degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or closely related IT or engineering field. Experience must include four (4) years’ post bachelor progressive experience in the following: Software Engineering; Software Development using node.js programming language in AWS Cloud; Integration development using AWS serverless Architecture by using Lambdas; Developing API based integration using AWS DynamoDB as backend DB; AWS Cloud Trail, AWS Cloud Watch and Splunk for logging and monitoring; Real-time messaging using AWS SNS and SQS using AWS APIs.
