The Returns Customer Team Coordinator position will have the primary responsibility of reviewing and resolving escalated returns.
 
  • Data entry of returned merchandise receipt
  • Review merchandise to determine proper disposition
  • Effective and timely communication with facility personnel regarding escalated issues
  • In-depth research of outstanding return items
  • Ensure work flow is in accordance with FIFO strategy
  • Assist in the training of new associates on proper returns procedures
  • Assisting and supporting management personnel on special projects
  • Other tasks as designated by management

Essential Job Functions

  • Lifting Objects weighing up to 25lbs from the floor to over-head level
  • Lift objects weighing up to 45lbs from the floor to waist
  • Continuous/frequent walking or standing for long periods of time
  • Continuous/frequent pushing or pulling heavy carts up to 50lbs.

 

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced data entry ability (10-key by touch preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a warehouse / distribution center environment preferred
