Job Summary
This individual will focus on user interface design and user experience for Neiman Marcus online.
Job Duties
• Create interfaces for new and existing website functionality.
• Create comps, wireframes, sitemaps and style sheets.
• A working knowledge of responsive and adaptive technologies on multiple platforms including mobile devices.
• Work with internal partners to develop realistic creative & technical solutions based on the needs of the business.
• Keep up-to-date on emerging web technologies and designing for multiple devices.
• Prioritize and work on several projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor products.
Job Requirements
• 3-5 years experience with UI/UX design.
• Ability to code a variety of complex CSS and HTML webpages.
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite 6, in particular Photoshop & Dreamweaver.
• Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in design and the ability to partner with creative and business partners.
• Ability to make last minute changes based on business needs and direction.
